One team or pilot area. Clear goals. Twelve weeks.

For twelve weeks I support a selected team or business area in analysing its processes and challenges, making improvement potential visible and implementing lasting change – with practical lean and problem-solving methods, targeted training, digital coaching and active involvement of the manager.

Who is it for?

For companies in production, logistics and related operational areas.

A good fit for

A team or area that wants to develop with purpose.

Companies that …

  • want to tackle recurring errors, disruptions or alignment problems for good
  • want to enable their teams to take more ownership
  • want to relieve managers in day-to-day operations
  • want to build transparency, KPIs or shopfloor management for the first time
  • want to embed structured problem solving and continuous improvement in practice
Not designed for

Big programmes and overhauls in one go.

  • Organisation-wide restructuring or every process at once
  • Too many fronts at once
  • Solutions developed without the team
  • Buying a training and then handing all responsibility to the team

Want to extend what works to more teams? That is what Capability & Rollout is for.

Starting points

With a specific problem – or with the wish to get better.

You do not need to bring a fully defined problem. Together with the responsible manager I look at the starting situation. We make improvement potential visible and set the focus for the twelve weeks.

A specific problem

For example“Changeover times are too long and the process should improve.”
How we start

Make the problem measurable, find the cause on site, test the countermeasure in daily work.

A need to improve

For example“The team works with little structure, improvements are hardly followed up – the area should develop further.”
How we start

Make visible where things get stuck, choose 2–3 focus areas and build routines that last.

This becomes

A clear focus for twelve weeks.

2–3 focus areas, measurable goals and a team that owns the implementation.

Typical focus areas

  • Recurring problems
  • Inefficient processes
  • Lack of transparency
  • Unclear responsibilities
  • Effective improvement routines

A pilot area does not mean optimising every process in twelve weeks. We agree on a realistic scope, prioritised actions and measurable goals.

Economic lever

What does recurring lost time cost?

A simple example shows how much staff time recurring disruptions tie up – without promising unrealistic savings.

Illustrative calculation – adjust the values to your situation.

The lever – your assumption

Time tied upYour assumption

Not a savings forecast. Staff time tied up is not automatically a realisable cost saving. Other costs, overlaps and the actual reducibility are not taken into account here. The “reducible” share is your own assumption, not a promise.

Where is your lever? In the initial call we check which recurring disruptions suit the Reset – and how we will measure progress.

Example process

Four phases in twelve weeks.

The phases are a framework and are adapted to the starting situation and focus areas.

  1. Weeks 1–2

    01 · Understand

    From uncertainty to clarity

Analyse the pilot area, identify improvement potential, set goals and KPIs.

  2. Weeks 3–4

    02 · Focus

From many topics to clear priorities

Set improvement priorities and choose 2–3 training and implementation focus areas with the right methods.

  3. Weeks 5–10

    03 · Implement

    From knowledge to independent action

Implement actions in daily work, train the team with digital support, check the effect continuously.

  4. Weeks 11–12

    04 · Embed

    From one-off fixes to routines

Review results, secure standards and routines, plan the continuation.

Digitally supported

The reset runs alongside in H·DELTA.

Your team gets the twelve-week roadmap in the app: concrete steps per week, a five-minute weekly check and, at the end, an impact report for senior management.

  • Roadmap in the four phases – with a jump to the matching method, template or learning path
  • Weekly check: status, team mood, goal values, achieved – blocked – next step
  • Impact report as PDF: goals before and after, maturity, implementation and successes
  • I see the progress and prepare the weekly coaching in a targeted way

Scope

What’s included – and what can be added.

8modules in the full programmeA modular toolbox
2–3modules in focusSelected, trained and applied

Learn with focus. Apply in practice.

The Reset is not a training programme that rushes through as many methods as possible. First I understand the starting situation, then together we choose the 2–3 focus areas and modules that are really needed – based on the challenge, the team's experience and the goals. Further modules can be deepened later.

The challenge decides the method – not the other way round.

Included

  • Digital kick-off: starting situation, goals, roles
  • Four phases over twelve weeks
  • Weekly online coaching (60 min)
  • 2–3 training and implementation focus areas – chosen to fit the situation
  • Progress tracking with 1–3 KPIs
  • Final review, self-assessment and templates – also as Excel
  • H·DELTA for the pilot team: learning paths, KPIs and actions in one place

As needed

  • Learning videos and presentations from the library
  • Short overview of further modules
  • Accompanying sessions with the manager

Optional · agreed separately

  • On-site workshops (on-site variant)
  • Further modules of the 8-part training series
  • Continued support after the twelve weeks
  • Keep using H·DELTA independently after the reset
  • Rollout to further teams

What the fixed price depends on

  • Team size – how many people are trained and supported
  • Focus areas – two or three modules, depending on the starting point
  • On-site days – fully online or with on-site workshops, plus travel costs
  • Leadership support – additional sessions with the manager or management

You get a fixed price per team – no billing by the hour.

Team size, exact scope and costs are agreed in the initial call and set out in the individual proposal.

Effort & roles

Who contributes what.

Responsibility for implementation stays with the team. That is where enablement happens. The prerequisite is a manager who visibly leads the way, makes time for implementation and removes obstacles.

Progress

How we measure progress.

No blanket promises – instead a baseline we record together and review after twelve weeks.

  1. Week 1

    Record the baseline

We agree on one to three suitable KPIs – for example how often the problem occurs, how much rework it causes or how much the manager has to follow up.

  2. Weeks 2–11

    Track weekly

In the check-in the team sees what is moving – and where it still sticks.

  3. Week 12

    Compare before and after

KPIs compared, plus a self-assessment: what can the team now do without outside help?

Example: rework per weekOff targetOn targetTarget: 8 or fewer
  1. 14W1
  2. 13W2
  3. 15W3
  4. 12W4
  5. 10W5
  6. 9W6
  7. 8W7
  8. 7W8
  9. 6W9
  10. 6W10
  11. 5W11
  12. 4W12

Illustrative – this is how progress becomes visible in the weekly check-in.

Typical questions we answer together at the end:

  • Have the agreed KPIs improved?
  • How much does the manager still need to follow up?
  • What can the team now do on its own?

The exact scope is agreed before the start. Results depend on the starting situation, the team’s involvement and the operational conditions, among other things.
