The challenge

When the same problems keep coming back, every disruption becomes a cost factor.

Rework. Waiting times. Recurring errors. Unclear responsibilities. Managers who constantly have to step in.

01

Recurring errors and disruptions

Problems are fixed short-term without removing the causes. Rework, delays and alignment effort remain.

02

Managers as permanent problem solvers

Teams depend on management decisions. Bottlenecks arise and valuable management time is lost.

03

Improvements without lasting effect

Solutions are agreed but not consistently implemented, checked and embedded in daily work.

The decisive lever

Not fixing problems faster. But enabling teams to remove their causes for good.

What this should improve

  • Fewer recurring disruptions and less rework
  • Clearer responsibilities and faster problem solving
  • More independence and problem-solving skill in the team
  • Measurable improvements based on jointly agreed KPIs

Not another improvement project that disappears in day-to-day business. But a clearly limited start into lasting operational improvement.

The core offer

The 12-Week Reset

From day-to-day firefighting to independent improvement.

A clearly limited start: for twelve weeks a pilot team works on its own problems – guided, but doing the work itself. At the end we check what has changed and what the team can now do on its own.

Initial call: 30 minutes · online · free · no obligation

  • Twelve weeks, clearly limited – one pilot team or area
  • Around 60 minutes of online coaching per week, as a team
  • Short online trainings, applied directly to your own topic
  • Mostly online – on-site workshops where they help

Afterwards, optionally: Rollout to further teams →

How we work together

Four steps to lasting improvement.

  1. Weeks 1–2

    01 · Understand

Analyse the pilot area, identify potential and define how progress is measured.

  2. Weeks 3–4

    02 · Focus

Set priorities and choose 2–3 suitable methods – by the challenge, not by the curriculum.

  3. Weeks 5–10

    03 · Implement

Implement actions in daily work – with training, online coaching and feedback on the real topic.

  4. Weeks 11–12

    04 · Embed

Review results and secure standards and routines so the team can carry on independently.

No blanket savings promises. But a traceable process with clear responsibilities and verifiable results.

Who it is for

Who the Reset is for.

Focus

Operational teams

Teams that work with processes, KPIs and disruptions every day.

  • Production
  • Logistics
  • Maintenance

Also possible

Service & administration

Recurring problems happen in offices too – the approach works there just the same.

Especially suited to mid-sized companies

As structures grow, demands rise – while day-to-day business leaves little time for systematic improvement. HIGHDEL builds this capability directly in the team.

HIGHDEL Solutions

One result – two ways to get there.

With personal support or independently with a system – the guided 12-Week Reset is the recommended way in.

FAQ

Before we talk.

What role does the manager play?

A central one. The Reset requires the responsible manager to be visibly involved, make time for implementation and remove obstacles. Without this commitment, new routines rarely last.

Does digital support work in production and shift work too?

Yes. Coaching takes place by video, together as a team, for example at shift handover in front of one screen in a meeting room. Not every employee needs their own PC. I add on-site work where it helps.

How much time does it take our team?

Most of the work happens in everyday work on the agreed focus areas. On top come the kick-off and usually a weekly 60-minute online coaching session.

Does the team need prior experience?

No. The programme adapts to the team’s level. What matters is the willingness to work on real topics.

What does the Reset cost?

The Reset is offered at a fixed price per team. Scope and price are set out in an individual proposal you receive after the initial call.
